We aim to despatch orders paid by credit/debit card or PayPal within 7 working days of receiving your payment.

Payment by Cheque or postal order is only accepted on pre-arranged orders as we prefer to not handle cheques or postal orders due to postal issues etc

In the event that an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you by email or by phone as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once you have received the product purchased and you are not happy with it in any way then you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel using this right, you can have a full no quibble refund on the goods purchased.

Items must be returned within 14 Days of receipt; you must obtain a Returns Number from Wooden Creations prior to returning the goods purchased.

A full refund will be issued after I have received the items as dispatched and in un-used condition, complete in the security sealed plastic wallet.

Unfortunately, the postage paid is non-refundable and you will need to return the items back to us at your cost.

If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we advise that you email to go through our damage procedure return. 

Specially commissioned items are " made to order " and as such will not be subject to the no quibble refund offer. However, we will always do my best to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with our products and endeavour to rectify any issues related to our products.

You can be rest assured we will do my utmost to resolve your problem.

International buyers will be subject to the same policy and must ensure that you follow the returns policy that you have received with your order, failure to do so may be a breach of my guarantee offer and may result in no refunds being applied.

Personalised items are exempt from refund policy unless damaged. as each item is individually created for yourselves we cannot resell so unless the item arrives damaged unfortunately there's no refund. In the rare times your item is received in a damaged way we require photographs before opening the parcel , as the box is opened to show internal packaging and lastly images of the damaged item in as much detail as possible. We would request all these within 24 hours of delivery . Please contact us to arrange for the items to be returned we will not refund without the product being returned. 

The postage charge varies depending on the size of packaging and where you are in the world.

The shop Shipping costs are based on UK Only, parts of the highlands and certain parts of the UK may have a supplement added, that will be done after ordering and we will e-mail you to confirm that.

International shipping will be charged separately, and we will e-mail you with the cost once we know where it is being posted too.

At checkout everyone will be charged a standard fee, however it may need topping up depending on where it is sent, we don’t make any money out of postage, and we will only charge what it cost to post and pack your items.
