Personalised or Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund unless defective. if an item is defective please take photos and contact us asap. all faulty items must be returned before a refund or replacement is given
Please be aware things like stitching coming loose & general wear or tear is not covered under faults unless reported within
As you all know our main passion is ice hockey and you will see hundreds of logos on our site. We DO NOT sell logo items to the public they are supply only . We can forward you to the correct person to contact but we will not add any logos without permisson
We can design them with the clubs if permission is granted but all purchase must be direct with each club. We will not break this trust but feel free to message us via the learn more button or your chosen club to see if we can supply your perfectly created item .
